We are in a ground level floor, private, hardwood floors, ceiling lamps with fans, gated fourplex building with street parking/shared parking, a VERY reliable, reasonable, and not a cheap landlord. You will have your own room, and we will be sharing all the apartment: kitchen, living room, bathroom, washer/dryer, beautiful gated front yard (which is SO hard to find in LA!). Your room has 2 windows, a big closet, plenty of cabinet space, and will come unfurnished.

I’ve lived here for over 11 years and the neighborhood is safe. Some neighbors are like family and we all look after each other while respecting privacy and boundaries.

Relax, study, dine, or chill in the charming front yard which has a cozy hammock, a rocking hang chair, and a comfy table setup. This is perfect for someone who values a tranquil living space.
