Looking for a female roommate with no children to share a new 4-bedroom home with one female business professional.

The deets:

Three year-old home in a new development. Fully fenced backyard and 2-car garage. The home is completely furnished including all appliances, except for the available room.

One of these two options is available:

1. A private spacious bedroom, private bath and lots of storage for $900/month OR…
2. a private spacious bedroom and a private spacious den/office, bath and even more storage for $1250/month.

The perks:

YES! DOGS ARE ALLOWED! No cats or other pets, only one doggie allowed. I have a very kind, passive 4-year old dog (the new roomie will need to love on my doggie and she’s a lover.) If you have a dog, he/she cannot be aggressive with people or animals.

*Built in 2020. *2500 sq. ft. *2-car garage. *HUGE closets, tons of storage. *All wood laminate flooring. *New appliances. *Fully (and cute) furnished, apart from the private spaces (they are unfurnished). *Large, fenced back yard with included summer lawn service. *Clean and easy roommate (me). *Option to have a private office/den in addition to the bedroom. *Newly developed super-safe neighborhood, near walking trails, Target, Walmart, Lowes and all the places. *Utilities average about $150/person/month. Fine print: Individuals must be financially qualified by the property management to sign the lease. Deposit is required (but not last-month rent). Lease is for 12-months and then we’ll see how it goes after that.

(Deposit is $1000, but if you choose the $1250 option, deposit is $1300 but there is no last-month rent required)

You’ll have only one roommate, me! I don’t own the house, I rent it. My current roommate has to move out of state. I am a working professional and I don’t have any kids and I am tidy and easy-going. Oh, I lied, there is one other roommate - my sweet pup. She is rad, passive, loyal, cuddly and a beauty.
