San Pablo Avenue

Hey im looking for another female identifying person to take over a 3rd room in a 3bed 2bath apartment at the higby apartments on san pablo avenue in Berkeley. Its 1400/month and the room has an attached bathroom that you will be sharing with another woman. The apartment is mostly already furnished minus the room you would be taking. We also have an in unit washer/dryer. We have some other amenities like high speed wifi, secure entrance/package room and underground parking garage(extra fee), a small gym and a rooftop lounge with grills. We are looking for someone asap so let me know if you’re interested!

The other roommate is a female identifying grad student studying psychology. She usually is busy with school but enjoys having guests over for dinner/game nights. I am a 25 year old, male identifying software engineer and mostly keep to myself, usually I am in my room playing games or going out to see friends. We take turns cleaning the common areas at the end of each week and we are respectful.
