One room for rent in a 5 bedroom/2 bath apartment. 4 other roommates currently reside here (2 girls and 2 boys). Laundry in building, dishwasher/stove/fridge/microwave. Parking on street.

Room is a 10x10 with a closet and window. Shared bathroom with one male; bathtub/shower combo. 2 dogs live here as well. Must love dogs but never expected to care for them and they won’t be in your room unless invited. No other pets, please.

There is room in the living room for more furnishings. Bedroom is completely cleared out and not furnished. There is room in the kitchen as well for some things. Still in the process of making it feel more like a home.

Looking for someone who is clean and able to keep the shared spaces tidy. Must be able to pay rent on time. Respectful of other roommates with sounds but not saying you have to be completely quiet. We’re all single and all occasionally have guests here and there. We welcome guests whom are inclusive and kind. None of us are 420 people but don’t mind a 420 person so long as it’s not all over the apartment. (Window open in your room type of vibe but no judgement from us.) Couples also welcomed.

$1200/month with a $1200 security deposit. You would be listed as a sublease and the lease currently runs through July 31st. Option to renew when it ends.

K- Has a cocker spaniel named Bruce. Puerto Rican 26 y/o female. Has a full time sales job with varied daytime hours.

L- works downtown with mostly evening hours. Quiet and plays video games in his room most of the time. Dominican 26 y/o male.

M- Esthetician 4 days a week, typically 10-7. Has a small terroir bichon mix named Levi. 39 y/o white female.

D- Works a 9 to 5 from home. He’s very quiet but friendly. 26 y/o male.
