Hi everyone, I have an amazing fully furnished (large) bedroom and private bath to rent. Ideally looking for someone who can commit to a 3 month lease with potential for an extended month to month. The bedroom is fully furnished with a dresser, two closets, and a desk. The house sits downtown quaint and charming Linden right on Shiawassee river. It’s super peaceful - you’ll hear the geese on the river when you wake up in the morning and there are beautiful views facing the river. It’s a cute and quiet neighborhood with awesome neighbors. The house is big with lots of different areas to hang out in and completely remodeled. I also have two golden doodles Bailey and Charlie :)

My name is Brittany, I’m in my 30s and just recently bought this home after living in Fenton for a couple of years. I absolutely love living in Linden - they have a lot of events and festivities happening downtown especially during the holidays and the people here are down to earth and friendly. I’m pretty busy during the week with work and also like to stay busy during the weekend whether that’s grabbing lunch with friends, going to yoga, taking walks with the pups downtown, or making dinner and watching a movie at home.
