Small 10x10 room available for rent, shared restroom. Must be cat and dog friendly as I have both. Rent includes internet and PG&E (if you don’t run up the bill).

Small, quiet apartment complex on the South side of town. No in unit washing machine/dryer but one is on the complex grounds.

2 current residents: 1 Female not home 90% of the time. Keeps to themselves not messy. 1 30 year old Male: I own a dog/cat, slightly messy but not dirty, work full time, I’m introverted and a slightly noisy gamer. I’ll be the one you deal with for rent paying etc. 420 friendly but prefer not to partake personally. Smoker friendly if you don’t smoke inside. I work early mornings so I prefer a roommate who can keep it down after 10 pm.
