It is a private furnished room & bathroom in an apartment with three other roomates! The apartment is called Park Place and is brand new (opened this fall) with all amenities and utilities included (excluding electric, which ends up being roughly $25 each). You would have a desk in a window nook and a walk in closet! Amenities include a rooftop pool, golf simulator, small movie theatre, tanning bed, gym, etc! Located directly across the street from USF so it’s a great student location!

There are three roomates who love to cook and are very social! They like to hangout as an apartment but they also respect if you like to keep to yourself. They are college girls (19,19 & 21) so would prefer girls around a similar age!
