I’m a kind and respectful person. I expect the same from you. You will have 2 private rooms and a bathroom and I have my own room and bathroom. We each have our own parking space. There is a washer/dryer in the condo as well. The rest of the place is shared along with an outdoor patio. The complex has a great outdoor pool that is open May-Oct. Basically looking for a reasonable, easygoing team player that is able to communicate and understand that we are both responsible for taking care of this home, then all will be good. Close to all shopping needs and 101. Access to hiking and nature trails. Rent 1800.00 plus shared utilities. Security deposit 1800.00. Total move in 3600.00.

i’m the only roommate. I am retired so am home alot. Enjoy having people over and going out. Would enjoy sharing some meals or sitting around over glass of wine but respect privacy as well. Enjoy conversation, gardening, cooking, a good tv. movie, games and laughing.
