This room has 2 closets, and a sliding screen door to the backyard. The backyard is large (and has a fire-pit) but you would have a private section of the backyard to yourself directly connected to your room. Hummingbirds often visit the flowers in the backyard. See photos

We are all working individuals with busy schedules. Everyone is super friendly and social but we all do our own thing for the most part. We are looking for a clean roommate with a similar mindset and schedule who would fit perfectly into our house. I do have a small dog (hypoallergenic and non-shedding breed) who sticks by my side and spends most of the time in my room.
