I am renting out 1 room in my house. You will have a private room and share the kitchen bathroom and dining room with 1 other person . No pets or kids just 1 single person in the room Laundry is in the basement. Rent is month to month being due on the 1st along with security deposit. Stay as long as tou want as ling as you pay me . All utilities is included in the price of rent. No exceptions so dont ask as far as rent being paid

Looking for a single roommate with no pets or kids there is one little yorkie that belongs to the homeowner in the house but no exceptions on anymore animals due to the fact she doesn’t play nice with other animals Smoking is not allowed but outside.
