For it’s size, the bedroom has plenty of storage with floor space enough for another dresser or cabinet if needed (I mean you provide). I also have additional closet space outside the bedroom if you need it.

Nearby (i.e. very short walk 1-2 min) is restaurants, grocery, and laundry (5 min walk). 3/4 mile from Main St. downtown Bethlehem. On-street parking.

It’s a second floor apartment with a (private) 3rd floor where my bedroom and daughter’s bedroom are.

Large eat-in kitchen, functional dining room, family room and shared bathroom. Your own personal cabinet space in kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen has everything you need.

Full living room with TV and another small comfortable lounge area with TV adjacent to dining room so everyone always has a little personal space outside of your own bedroom. Shared full-bath. House is tastefully decorated, comfortable and welcoming.

Pretty much everything in your room except the dresser is brand new including drapes, rug, bed, mattress and bedding, desk and chair and lighting.

I’m a single dad who works a lot. I only have my daughter every other weekend from Sat. noonish to Sun 6pm. She has her own play area on the 3rd floor away from main living area so you won’t be bothered. I’m looking for someone who is safe to be around my 3 yo girl. Basically never convicted of child abuse or felony or on sex offender registry. I would prefer a female renter in light of having my little girl in the house. Your bedroom is on a different floor than mine - so there is that level of privacy between sexes.

I work in the Poconos, leaving home at 6:15am and returning 9:30pm Monday to Friday. So, students or someone who works from home will have the place to themselves most of the time.

A little about me; I’m an IT technician and I work at a University. I like to exercise, cook and make (real) perfume from scratch as a relaxing and satisfying hobby. I’m sociable when the occasion calls for it but mostly keep to myself and stay out of your personal space. I wash my own dishes and keep my bathroom clean and orderly for me and my guests.
