We have a peaceful home that is clean and where everyone feels welcome and we’re looking to add someone else that fits the vibe. (: We’re looking for someone that’s clean, responsible, and easy going. Preferably someone that has had roomies before.

This house is in a quiet neighborhood in North Richland Hills. It’s a 3 bed 2 bath property that is fully furnished (besides your rooms). Utilities are split evenly between all the roomies. There is no garage parking, but there’s a four car driveway and street parking. No smoking indoors, but outside is acceptable. Unfortunately no pets are allowed. Washer and dryer are provided and there’s a shed out back for extra storage if you need.

Location: Chill neighborhood in NRH. It’s 23 mins to the airport and 14 mins to downtown FW. It’s close to shops, restaurants, and I820.

Room: You basically have a whole side of the house to yourself! The entrance to your area is off the kitchen. You have a large hallway with a nook for seating, dresser, or desk. You also have a large closet and a full bathroom. The size of the actual room area is 9.5 x 11.6. The photos show it with a queen sized bed in there, but it will be unfurnished!

I’m 31 years old and I am a professor as well as a psychologist. I love traveling, reading, sketching, chilling with friends, working out, playing soccer, eating, and going out sometimes! I work remote and am moving to Colorado for a new adventure. I own the home and am now renting out my room. I will be back in the area occasionally throughout the year to check on things. I’m hoping to have roommates that take care of the house like it’s their own! I’m very responsive to concerns and take pride in creating spaces that feel welcoming and peaceful.

Roomie one is a pharmacy technician. She is so sweet, social, and loves to cook. She is very good about being respectful with noise levels and is always on top of cleaning. She loves raves, movies, cookies, and playing video games.

Roomie two is a teacher in the area. She is a sweetheart and loves a movie/game night. She is very clean and brings good energy to the home. She does spend a lot of time at her boyfriend’s house!
