About the room

This is a two bed, two bath apartment, which costs $725 per month per bedroom ($740 after the fixed monthly water/sewer fee). I am the only occupant currently, so you would have a bed and bath to yourself. We get one spot in the building’s lot to share, and there is ample parking at the church/warehouse next door and on the street. Coin-operated laundry is in the basement, and the kitchen has an oven/stove and a new frig as well as a microwave, the only thing it doesn’t have is a dishwasher.

I am looking for someone to move in by the 1st of February at the latest, but it would be preferred if you could move in as soon as possible. If you move in during December, my current roommate who is moving out will pay for December and you’ll be here for free until January.

The apartment is in a quaint building that was initially a large single-family home in the early 1900s and was converted to apartments in the 50s (or so I’m told). Thus, the apartment is not a cookie-cutter, boring space but has the high ceilings and quality construction of what was once a luxury home. I really sound like I own the place and am advertising it, lol.

The location of this property is hard to beat, it’s in one of the most walkable and safe places in Baltimore - if the Rotunda across the street and the shopping center on the other side of Roland Ave. don’t have what you’re looking for, it is only a short hike down to The Avenue (36th St.) which is an awesome place to window-shop and eat.

Happy to give you a tour or answer questions.

About the roomies

It is just me living at the apartment currently. I work a 9-5 at a housing nonprofit about 10 minutes away. I enjoy playing disc golf, trying new restaurants/food experiences, and playing video games. I don’t often have people over at the apartment. I am a bit of a night owl but I can be sure to quiet down at your bedtime if you aren’t. I’m fine with almost never seeing my roommate or becoming close friends - whatever you want works for me.
