Hi. We have a room for rent available from January 1st near clubhouse by north natomas with private bathroom , 10 minutes driving from downtown Sacramento and 10 minutes driving to airport. I am hoping to find someone that is very clean, responsible, courteous and pick up after themself at all times.

Rent is $800 included ultilities. $300 deposit. Have ascess to laundry room and fridge. Limited kitchen use. No pets/ smoking/drugs/heavy drinking on property No overnight guest. Must have full time job.

This is a family house , trying to rent one room, room is in upstairs. its very Nice , clean and safe area.
