Its in a cultasac, very quiet no drama. Its a nice house with a big back yard and depending on what you drive you would be able to park in the insulated 3 car garage. Nice living room and kitchen. You would have your own bathroom which is nice and has a bath tub as well. You would be 5 minutes away if that from shopping and tons of places to eat. I’ve been here 4 years and not once seen any crime what so ever, very safe neighborhood. There is a TV jack in your room for the cable. All other utilities are included. I’m not a party guy so I’m looking for someone professional minded and respectful of boundaries. There really nothing that can’t be discussed if you are interested. NO LEASE..Always thought it would be great for a traveling nurse. Completely furnished!!!!

About the roomies

I have no roommates it’s just me. There are 2 bedrooms in the opposite end of the house, you could pick which ever room you would like. The other room you could store things, but it will never be rented out. That way you are guaranteed your privacy.
