About the room
I am renting out a bedroom in my 600 square foot, 2 bed 1 bath house. I have two cats and one dog. All are well behaved, and trained. There is onsite laundry, designated parking, and a fully furnished house. All you’ll need is to furnish your own room! The room is now green, not orange as in the photos, but you’re welcome to paint the room is you would like.

I am a student at CSU working in my bachelors. I am home somewhat often as I do have a dog. I am the only person living in the house.
