The apartment is a 10 minute walk from the Staten Island Ferry. It is great for anyone who works in the city but is looking for affordable rent. It is a 3rd floor walk up. There is a laundry mart 5 minutes walk from the apartment. There is also a grocery store and a gym less than 10 minutes walk from the apartment.
