Furnished spare bedroom in a very safe area within walking distance to everything. Shared bathroom, nice living room, kitchen and dining area. No pets or indoor smoking. Would like a roommate to contribute her share to the things we share which are open for discussion. I’m open to a trial run if someone would like to try it for a week.
I am a older, single, straight retired male on a fixed income and finding an older mature female roommate interested in teaming up would be a great way for both of us to benefit from the financial and social benefits of sharing the apartment. I don’t have overnight company and expect the same as I like to keep to myself and my apartment is amazing and I want to keep it that way so someone who has the same philosophy is important. My apartment is fully furnished so someone only bringing her clothes would be ideal.
