I live in a nice newer (< 20 years old ) home in a very safe neighborhood. You will have your own room that has a bed, night stand and a good size closet. The house has two bathrooms but I will use your bathroom just to take a bath at night. You will enjoy living in this house if you like it quiet. The house includes a big kitchen, and nice appliances including a front loader washer and dryer for your convenience. Your rent payment will include all utilities including WiFi, Ring Cameras outside for your safety and you have access to a screened in porch that has its own separate heating/cooling unit. There is also a fenced back yard which you can use anytime.

I am usually at home 3 days a week as I work from home.
I am looking for a roommate that is nice, respectful and contributes to having a clean, safe and friendly environment. I do have an older dog, but he is friendly and well behaved. I definitely need a roommate that likes dogs and is going to be compassionate to my dog who is going blind. If you don’t like dogs that is a deal breaker and we would not get along. As for me, I seem very serious until you get to know me. I do like things clean and orderly but I am not judging and would love a roommate that likes to cook. In return I will do the cleanup and do your laundry if you agree to it. You must be willing to submit to having a background check , credit check and provide references from your last 3 roommates. My ideal roommate would be someone older or close to my age, friendly, easygoing that likes to cook. In return, I will keep the main part of the house clean and do your laundry in exchange for you cooking. I want a roommate who is considerate, kind and communicates clearly and directly.
