The bedroom is fully furnished with a bed, working desk and a 50“ TV.

Rent is $950 inclusive of all utilities (Electric, water, internet, gas) along a refundable security deposit ($300)

Month to month lease. The house is located walking distance near a Walmart, Aldi and other shopping business and restaurants. In a very quiet neighborhood.

Serious inquiries only. Background checks will be required (at renters expense and it will be credited from next month rent).

Must be clean, drug free, and respectful of others.

You will be sharing the kitchen with another tenant.

No pets allowed.
