Available: 1 Bedroom with walk-in closet and separate bath. Facing pool side (Not facing the train side)

Location: Merritt River Apartments, Norwalk.

Rent (your share): $1365/month + Utilities (usually ~100$)

Move-in date (flexible): January 27th- February 29th.

You would be taking over my spot on the lease, which runs until October 15.

This complex is great – the staff is responsive and quick. Washer/dryer/dishwasher in unit. The amenities include a pool, built-out gym, outdoor patio with grills, common rooms, business center, walking trails near the river, and more. The rooms are spacious, parking is on-site. There’s a train station and bus route right behind the building. You’re also less than a half-mile from a Stop & Shop, with lots of other retail within walking distance on Main Avenue.
