Daniel's room

I have 2 bedrooms available, flexible lease month to month. Completely furnished with quality bed, furniture and amenities. Bedrooms all have their own TV, nightstands, and will be getting a farmhouse shelf and curtains coming soon.

Bathroom is currently being remodeled will be done by next week. House has 75in tv in living room, and projector in theater room. Kitchen has air fryer oven, Nama Juice maker, coffee/ espresso machine and everything you need in cooking ware. Outside there’s an awesome pool, with a Recteq Smoker/ Grill. Coming soon is a 12x20 outdoor pavilion that will have outdoor entertainment and seating. This house will continually be getting upgrades.

As for me I’m 33 a prior service vet. I work as a military contractor and local real estate agent. I do have a German Shepherd, so tenant must like dogs. She’s sweet but will bark until she’s comfortable with you. Then she’s your best friend. Very laid back guy, can be social or kept to myself.
