Hello! We’re about to buy a brand new house in Rancho Cordova (Premier Homes). I’m helping my kids (22 & 24 y.o) find a roommate. The house will be in 95742 off of Sunrise & Douglas. Would you be interested? What do you do for a living? Move-in will be mid-January and rent will be $1200/mo.
About the roomies
Siblings (brother & sister) living on their own for the first time. Brother is 24 y.o. and a full-time accountant/auditor for a local firm. Sister is 22 y.o. is working full-time for a non-profit as well as part-time for a local sports team and part-time in school for her masters degree. Pretty laid-back, easy-going and outgoing WORKING PROFFESIONAL who just wants a nice luxurious home to come to. Both foodies but don’t cook much :). Family is everything.
