Located in the Hamilton Park area, the building is right beside Newport Mall and is conveniently less than a 10-minute walk from both the Newport & Grove St PATH stations, making journeys to/from NYC really convenient.
This room was suddenly vacated due to the original housemate being called up for military duty. The existing lease runs until mid-June 2024, but happy to extend beyond if both parties happy to do so.
About the roomies
I am a 29-year-old data science manager from Ireland working in the Jersey City area. I regularly work 4+ days in the office, and keep the apartment tidy & clean. I enjoy going out socializing with friends & colleagues but also love to relax at home watching sports or TV/films. I regularly travel so usually spend up to 2 months per year away.
