Raegan's room

-This ‘unit’ is a lower floor of a house, definitely has charm that makes it feel more like a ‘home’ than an apartment! Note that the upstairs is separated with neighbors occupying the upper rooms separately. This lower unit has access to the whole backyard, including a large deck and some sheds, with a nice sunset view of the hills. You can have one of the two “sheds” (closer to outdoor rooms than sheds, really) for extra space or storage. -I have the smaller of the two rooms, the larger room has a small built in closet and vanity with an upper window. I put an nice AC unit in the window since the house only has heat, but I can remove it if you would prefer. -There is a small living room that has my TV with some of my streaming services logged in and my nintendo switch, a small kitchen with table area, and a bathroom with a big shower. Note there’s no bathtub or dishwasher, but there are clothes washer/dryers we have access to upstairs. The sqft is comparable to an apartment, but with a large outdoor deck & yard space to compensate. -You will have your own parking space, I have my own parking space, and we share a third parking space. -I will consider small pets, but I have 2 friendly indoor cats as priority. -No smoking in the house, but 420 activities away from the house are fine. -No weapons/guns allowed anywhere on the property.

-I’m very laid back, LGBTQ+ & 420 friendly and overall very chill as long as respect and communication is reciprocated!
