Renter’s insurance Its a gated community with security patrolling. The apartment is approximately 850sq ft and comes with a patio. The property is equipped with a fitness center and pool. The community is a 15 min walk from bus stop, grocery stores and food chains (McD, Taco Bell, Burger King, and other restaurants). My lease ends in July but you can extend if you want to. I am looking to sublet from 2nd week of January
