Rochell's room

House is a 3/2 near Stony Point High. You will pretty much have your own bathroom unless there are guests. The room has a really large closet. We generally keep the thermostat off or around 70/72 degrees. Shared kitchen/living. Very awesome backyard with a park across the street that has tennis courts, basketball, volleyball, and a pool. H‑E‑B is 5 mins away, I-35 is about 8 mins away. It’s really a nice house and very nice area.

We are 30 and 33 but 70 at heart. We enjoy concerts, cooking, games, trivia, traveling, and being outside. We’re pretty chill people, mostly introverted but we enjoy being around others every now and then. My wife, Deedra, works for Frito Lay and I’m in education. We have three dogs and many more turtles. Our interests include plants, nature, books, astrology, camping, all things witchy, and random nerd shit.

We are looking for someone who is also chill, comfortable with sharing a space, has a kind heart, and gets along well with awkward people. We would not be a great fit for someone who likes to party, but a great place for someone who like to get cozy and take naps on the couch.

We’d be okay with one dog, depending on how our fur-kiddos get along. Please no cats due to allergies. We also maintain a primarily gluten free home due to my wife’s Celiacs. We are very particular on finding someone who can ensure the kitchen remains a safe space because gluten contamination leads to a multiple day sickness. We’ve worked out a method to make sure my wife doesn’t get sick the few times I make something with gluten. We’d like someone who is okay with this and is more clean than not in general, but mostly in common areas and just no bugs in your space.

We’d to first have a FaceTime and then meet in person to see how we vibe. We’d like an open and honest get to know you conversation to discuss cohabitating expectations to make sure we are all on the same page when it comes to living together.
