Pickwick Drive

Spacious room in available in a 2 bedroom apartment near Old Town in Camarillo! The apartment has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and balcony. It gets great light and has plenty of storage! Bathroom and parking space are shared with one roommate. The complex is pretty quiet, with a lot of families living here. There is also a community pool and laundry room (paid). I can provide pictures of the bedroom once my stuff is moved out.

You will be taking over my half of the lease and living with my roommate, Graci. She works an office job during the week and late shifts on weekends. She is responsible and pays rent/utilities on time.
