Located 5 Blocks from downtown/CSU Chico. Pool available as weather permits. Laundry on site, not in apartment. $575 plus pg&e and wifi. 2 bedroom 1 bathroom. 1 shared parking spot*. 700 sqft total. Available from January 1st to July 15th. The pictures are from the apartment website, that is why it is empty.

I am studying mechanical engineering, so I spend most days doing homework. I would appreciate someone that can speak their mind, for example if something is bothering you, let me know and we can work something out instead of walking on eggshells. I do have friends over sometimes but there are no parties allowed per the managements rules. Bonus points if you are willing to kill/take out a spider if I see one :).
