Carol's room

Ranch style home at the end of a dead end street on 5 acres. older home recently flipped, all interior and appliances are brand new. Conveniently located and very quiet area. Its an open floor plan with 2 bedrooms off the great room. I currently have the room furnished with a twin bed and desk and a built in walk in closet. I can move some things around to make you comfortable. The room has 3 windows with nice views. It also has a (built to be removed easily ) a very large walk in closet and an additional closet. floors are new walls freshly painted.

I have chickens in the back yard (free eggs) and a security dog (13 lbs. Pomeranian) who sits in the window and secures the property. I work for a caterer and have various other part time jobs. I am quiet an easy to get along with. I used to host international students in my previous house near Boston. I am 58 years old and I am happy to share all that comes home with me from my catering gigs! In nice weather I have a large back deck, a gas grill, fire pit and nice garden and fruit trees on five acres of mostly wet lands. Its a nice place to live, I welcome serious students, or any other pleasant person who doesn’t smoke in the house. I will post pictures soon.
