Super nice four bedroom in Sunnyside! Newly renovated, two living rooms, w/d in unit, back patio, two full bathrooms, and good size bedrooms. Each room has its own AC unit. Rent is $4400 total, $1100 each most likely but we haven’t fully decided on room splits yet. Credit score at least 700 and income at least 40x rent.
