Southwest Clay Street

My current roommate is moving out and I’m looking for someone to take over their part of the lease. By the preferred move in time, there would be 6 months left on the lease. The bedroom is large and spacious and has a closet. There is a shared kitchen, living room space, and bathroom, as well as a balcony. There is laundry in the building, along with parking and study rooms. Being a student is a requirement for living in this building
