Kentucky Avenue

The room is very large its 17x20 with fireplace but the fireplace does not work yet. you have access to the internet free and their is a 55 inch tv available to watch. There is a hot tub room but need care. There is a laundry room and shared bathroom with the other tenant. There is walkout basement to enter in and out without disturbing my family above. We all share the laundry room downstairs. Your room will have a lock on it for your privacy. Also, there is a refrigerator and a kitchenette but no stove to bake or cook on. There is a hot plate to cook with and the other tenant don’t mind sharing his cookware. There is also, a sound proof room if you want to work with music or play guitar or something like that.

My brother in law lives down there. He is a loud individual, but he got a big heart. He is not the best house keeper but he usually keep to himself a lot. He loves football and goes out drinking and playing pool on the weekend. There is lock door very from basement to the top living quarters. We do have a security alarm that I set every night. Will discuss that if you decide to rent the space. I do have security cameras for your protection.
