Room is unfurnished. But we could get a nightstands, bed, lamp, tv if needed. Common area will be nicely furnished. Roommates will have access to Sunlighten Dry Sauna, Bowflex incline treadmill and Elypitcal machine.

About the house: Approximately 2340 square feet, new home with gourmet kitchen. House is 4 bedrooms, loft and 3 full baths. Conveniently near parks, restaurants and shopping centers. We are looking for 1 person to rent who are, friendly, respectful, responsible, clean and like dogs. No smoking or drugs. The rent is $950 for the 10.5x12 room. Utilities included , security deposit is equal to 1 month room rent. you will need to pass credit check and background checks.

We are Professionals, Responsible , Drama free, friendly gay male couple and 1 straight male. We are all very easy-going people, in our late 30s to late 40’s, who likes to maintain a very positive and clean environment. One works from home full time. We have 3 loving dogs.
