Benjamin's room

My home is located in a brand new neighborhood that includes 2 community pools + a jacuzzi along with several parks with fireplaces. Parking available right in front of the house. There is a large open concept style kitchen. In the three car garage you will find a lounging area, home gym & extra fridge. There are two living rooms, one downstairs and another in the upstairs loft. The laundry room is conveniently located upstairs and offers plenty of room for storage. The room for rent is a very large unfurnished (but can come with a new bed) bedroom big enough to also fit a couch with a spacious walk-in closet. Once we have another roommate since there are two available rooms for rent the bathroom would be shared but it is a large jack&jill style bathroom so you will have your own sink + storage. *420 friendly but smoking is only permitted in the backyard or lounging area in the garage.

We’re an active couple in our late twenties. We don’t drink, party, or have people over much. We have two cats and a small dog so you must love animals.
