Our ideal roommate is an non-smoking male who is willing to live in a household where committment to being clean, decent, and responsible are above all sacred. That person is unwaveringly devoted to the terms of the lease as well as assisting in minor routine chores. Being comfortable and able to be in the presence of teenage girl several days a week is a must. We had issues with our previous roommate regarding smoking and being regularly dedicated to the chores and cleanliness and he had to leave as a result. Being environmentally friendly is a plus too. Rent is $834 and as previously mentioned you will need to sign a 1 year lease. Utilities are split 3 ways (wifi, electric, and gas heat). The landlord requires deposit ($500) and first month’s rent. Hello, my name is Matthew and my roommate and I, Marco, are looking for a roommate for January 1st. We are located in Arlington (Heights) immediately next to Lexington. The room is 11’x10’. Amenities include parking for a small car, a back yard, storage, and free use of washer and dryer. Nearby are the 77, 62, and 78 bus lines and as well as many eateries and businesses. About us: I am a 38 year old single male originally from Rhode Island who works for a security company 3rd shift. I have lived in MA since 2012. During my free time I am often exercising or resting so I can to return to work. It is not uncommon for me to work 6 (sometimes 7) days a week. Recently I traveled outside the US for the first time and hope to do so soon. Marco is a 56 year old single male originally from Honduras who is in IT. When not working he enjoys reading and spending time with his daughter. He too is passionate about traveling.
