Ty's room

I live in a very quiet and convenient neighborhood and comfortable home right off route 27 in Four Corners which is only about 20 minutes from Disney, 8 min from nearest Walmart, 3 min to Publix, etc. The room is properly furnished with brand new furniture and very clean. It’s just me and another working individual (rents the other room) in the house with no pets. I am a low key, no-nonsense, respectful and hard working-individual who does not spend a lot of time at home and would like to rent one of the extra rooms for extra income to pay bills…

I am looking for an individual (preferably a male) who is a clean, responsible, working individual like myself who is seeking for a quiet place for himself ONLY (no buddies or girlfriends hanging out) and know how to keep after himself so we can keep the house in order. All utilities and kitchen privileges are included in the rent.
