South Gregg Street

Hello everyone, I’ve recently decided to leave my graduate program at USC, and am looking for someone to sublease for January 2024-August 2024 (move in date flexible). I live in a house with two other women who are young professionals in an adorable four bedroom house in the Hollywood Rose Hill neighborhood (near Shandon), which is walkable to 5 points (also bus stops nearby). My roommates live in the two bedrooms downstairs and share a bathroom. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and one bathroom that I have all to myself. My roommates and I all pay equal rent: $716 a month, and for the amount of space you would get, it’s a fantastic deal. I’ve included some pictures of the house, upstairs rooms, living room, kitchen, and porch. It’s a total of 4 bed, 2 bath, 1700 square feet + a lawn and backyard. I’ve absolutely loved living here and wish I could stay, but I would love to find someone who’s looking for housing to take over my lease! Also I have furniture I am willing to sell to the sub-leaser, or I can move it out and it can come unfurnished. Please let me know if interested/if you want pictures of it furnished.

My roommates, Claire and Margo, are clean, kind, and would love to make a new friend. Margo has one year left of undergrad at USC and graduates in May 2024, and Claire graduated in May 2023 and works in the city.
