About the room
You’ll be renting the 2nd bedroom in my 3 bedroom condo. You’ll be paying 25% of the utility bill. You’ll need to pay security deposit of $1200 plus first months rent. Rent is due on the 1st. The room includes 1 parking pass, for Tahoe Donner Ski Bowl Condos. There is laundry in the shared bathroom. No couples, smoking, pets, animals, kids or drugs. This room is perfect for a single person that is working for Tahoe Donner. Visitors must have a background check, no overnight visitors.
About the roomies
You’ll be sharing the condo with the owner, me a 51yo man. I occasionally have family come by and stay in the 3rd bedroom.
