Private room with private unattached bathroom. Washer and dryer in unit. 1 reserved parking space. One roommate only - no couples, no children. Move in date 2.1.24. 1150 per month - Utilities not included. Must be okay with dogs (I have one medium sized pit/greyhound mix) Overnight guest: no more than night a week. Special occasions (family in town, etc) can be negotiated. No parties :) I work full time and don’t spend a lot of time outside of my room. Really great area!
