The property is nice with fast maintenance. 5 minutes from downtown. Near two different freeways. It’s tucked in the back so there’s pretty much no noise. There are trails to walk. There’s a gym, pool, and jacuzzi on the property. It is also gated. Security comes around every night and patrols the property. Looking to fill before Jan 1st. Other roommate is a female in the medical career so depending on your schedule, there will be times where you will not notice there’s another roommate. Open to work out a tour if needed. Rent is usually around $1250 depending on water and garbage which is included into the rent price. I have never paid more than $1300.
