13 minutes from The Appalachian Trail! This is a 100 year old cabin-like home that I have renovated. It is quite cozy. :-) The living room features a large 50“ TV and a wood stove that heats the entire home. There is plenty of firewood already cut. There are also some portable electric heaters available. The bedroom downstairs features a queen-sized bed, a large armoire, a swivel chair, and a 32“ TV. The kitchen offers a stove, refrigerator, coffee pot, bean grinder, toaster, and everything else necessary to prepare and eat meals. The home has city water and has a pitcher-type water filter to make it tastier. The bathroom has an old-fashioned cast iron bathtub with an adaptable shower wand for helping in washing hair.

Hi! I’m Jason! I am originally from Michigan, but now live within the Appalachian Mountains in East Tennessee, near the border of Western North Carolina. I have renovated older homes to rent out for a living. I’m very outdoorsy and enjoy traveling, hiking, backpacking, cycling, and floating on all the things in the rivers and lakes.
