It’s a very large bedroom and walkin closet that has 2big windows (2) . It has 10 ft ceilings and looks out over the city.1 has a cork floor and the other is tbd as yet. There is a downstairs entrance as well main floor. I can possibly furnish if I needed. I’m looking for a very clean person who will respect this property as there own.its location is very close to everything except N. Reserve and the north side. Has a hot tub and sauna that can be used also. This has been my for 27yrs so respect is truly what I’m hoping for. I never have done a deposit before and prefer not to. Very nice kitchen on main floor that is shared or I have other options for the right person!

I’m retired and needs some extra help around the house. Right now I have 1 gentlemen living downstairs who is probably going to be out soon perhaps.
