I have 1, queen sized bedroom available with a private, full sized shower/bath combo bathroom. I live in a very desirable neighborhood in an hoa in west bradenton that includes access to a covered, heated pool.
About the roomies
My 30 year old brother (waiter on Anna Maria island) lives in the downstairs master bedroom and I (a 28 year old female realtor) live in the master bedroom upstairs (there are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms total in the home) we are very kind, sociable and welcoming people but are conscious of giving whoever we live with plenty of their own personal space as well. My brother and I both have cats 🐈⬛ 🐈⬛ If you have a cat, or a tiny dog, they would have open access to sunbathe/catch lizards on the lanai in the back via our cat door.
