Renting a private unfurnished bedroom in Anaheim, private bathroom, room approximately 10’ x 11’, designated driveway parking, security cameras in place, and all utilities included. Little use of the kitchen is allowed including living room. House is located less than a mile from a shopping plaza, gas station, grocery stores, restaurants, and approx. 2 miles from the 5 and 91 freeways. About 10 mins drive to 405 and 22 Freeways. I am low key lifestyle person, independent, work from home most days, and would like a roommate who is similar, no loud music, parties or the like that would disturb the peace in the neighborhood. No pets, unfortunately, as my home is not a pet friendly place.
