Valley Boulevard

The room is a big enough for two queen beds! (i have a full). Plenty of bedroom space. The property is 5 mins away from Cal Poly Pomona. The community is gated well maintained and includes pool/gym. The apartment is two bedroom with one shared bath. The place is already furnished and ready to enjoy.

The room available would be sharing with me, Corielyn, and the other bedroom belongs to my younger brother. I don’t have a lot of things so my stuff is often organized and clean. I also have a dog, she is well behaved and trained. I am open to cats, if the dog and cat get along. Both me and my brother are college students so we are very busy with work and school everyday. We are hoping for another student to join us too.
