Maria's room

I am renting out a space in my downstairs basement that includes a fully furnished bedroom that contains a flat screen tv, dresser, couch, bed, and clothing rack. Outside the bedroom is a small space that includes a couch a glass table where someone can eat/prep their meals. I am also providing a refrigerator and microwave. In addition to the bedroom and small outside space, the renter would get their own personal access door in the back of the house. There is parking alongside the back part of my townhouse, close to the door where renter will be accessing their own space. The renter will also have their own full bathroom.

I am a single mom living with 3 of my kids. My oldest son lives in the basement as well but there is a barrier separating the renters own space and my son’s room. My two daughter live upstairs with me along with 3 of our dogs. We try to keep it quiet around the house but because this house is a bit old, it is inevitable that you will hear us walking around. We live in a pretty calm neighborhood that has close access to the bus stop, hospital, police station, and minutes from Richmond Hwy
