Nicole's room

Looking for a housemate to share our lovely home with! The room is available between the 10th-15th of December. The Room: The room is 11x11 and $1250 unfurnished. Utilities are about $100-150 a month depending on the season. The room is a nice size, with a big closet and the bathroom would be shared with Adriana. The House is a beautiful, mountain house in Scotts Valley very close to Highway 17 and about 20 minutes or less from Santa Cruz and Felton and about 30-40 minutes to San Jose. It is mostly furnished and has lots of kitchen stuff, but there is room for some things. The house has an amazing, big living room with floor to ceiling windows and a fireplace, with normal heating as well. It also has an additional room, that’s like a sun room that we share as an office/guest room/yoga room. We have two cats and unfortunately the landlord doesn’t want any more pets. Home culture: We are creating a sweet environment that centers around building a feminine community, balance of time together and alone, wellness, laughter and good vibes. Quiet times between 10pm-8am. (with the exception of early work schedule). Sound travels a lot, so someone mindful of that is super important. Not a party house (420 and alcohol ok though not excessive and no hard drugs). We are omnivores, but very much value wellness and buying organic and local foods as much as possible. We compost and try to be as environmentally conscious as possible with products we use in the house. We are both social beings who love gathering and inviting people over for good times, singing, games, dancing, cuddling and movie nights. We enjoy a clean house and would like to implement a weekly chore list. With that being said, we are also relaxed (especially Adriana), and are ok with a lived in house. What we’re inviting in: We’re calling in a woman who values good communication, sisterhood/community, goddess vibes, kindness, and fun. We would prefer someone between the ages of 28-45 (flexible for the right person), and someone who’s schedule somewhat aligns with ours.

Application process if we feel it’s a great fit for all of us: Landlord requires a background check, application, and proof of financial means. This costs $55. One month’s rent deposit. Who We Are: Adriana (36) is an intimacy coach and is passionate about empowering women to reclaim their pleasure and heal the way patriarchy has taught them to stay small. She enjoys spending time at the ocean, dancing, cuddling, traveling and watching anime. Nicole (33) is a therapist specializing in women’s empowerment. She really enjoys meditation, cooking, yoga, gardening, dancing, health/wellness, working with the moon cycles and connecting with others. We are close friends and we would love to invite someone in who desires connection rather than just a roommate relationship. We both mostly work online, so we would like to invite another woman in who can be respectful of our schedules and also understands the need for some quieter hours during the day as well.
