FEMALE ONLY. It is a great room for a person who is looking for a place to sleep and rest after working long hours. Access to your own full private bathroom. There is access to the kitchen if needed. There is access to one parking spot. You have access to wifi, and electricity and water bill are included. This street is not busy with car traffic.

HOUSE RULES: Tenant must be hygienically and have good cleaning habits. This means the tenant is responsible for cleaning after they cook, and keeping their overall space in which they occupy clean.No smoke, drugs, drink, pet, and guests allowed.

We are a family with an elementary school age child. We are friendly and enjoy meeting people. WE are very respectful to people’s space.
