Deposit will be non refundable. If only renting a room deposit will be $400 per room. $500 deposit for master bedroom. If it’s a family taking the full apartment non refundable deposit with be $900. Hardwood floors through full apartment. In unit laundry room. Small storage room in balcony area. Will have access to all amenities. Only downside no parking in complex unless you’re willing to be added to lease parking will be in shopping center about 1 minute walk. Animals are allowed Dogs if they are service or emotional support only.Cats are more than allowed if other roommates allow it. Two room share a bathroom those will be rented for $850 each. Master bedroom has bathroom connected that will be $1000 a month. Lease is until April 1st. Casselberry location. Apartment will be fully unfurnished for new tenants.
